GOT QUESTIONS?

Parking and transportation?
If you are driving, we recommend using the parking garage just south of the AceBounce entrance at 200 N Clark. Discounted parking is available to our guests for $10. Please be sure to pick up your validation ticket at the reception desk while at the event. Street parking is also available and the venue is easily accessible by train, bus or cab.

What is the attire?
Cocktail attire is recommended. Dresses and sport coats encouraged. Jeans accepted.

Is there seating available?
We have reserved seating for our VIP ticket holders, with additional seating options available throughout the venue - first come first serve! If you have special requests for seating, please contact us.

Are there vegetarian options?
We invite our chefs to bring their most mind-blowing creations and while vegetarian fare does appear on occasion, the dishes typically contain meat. We do try to make a veggie option or two available!

Will there be ping pong?
Most of the tables at AceBounce will be removed to accommodate the event, but there will be at least one ping pong table out if you want to give it a go!

Are tickets available at the door?
Yes, you may purchase VIP or General Admission tickets at the door. Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted.
